This place needs more people running the shipping and receiving window. The woman behind the counter did a really good job for what she had to deal with. I did spend a lot of time in waiting room just to get checked in but definitely wasn't her fault. She did excellent.

They told me it normally takes 4 hours to load but because they're backed up it could take longer. I've been here 15 hours. They didn't start loading until 14 HOURS later. Now they are taking an hour to sign the out time on the bol since I'm going to be late for delivery. They have such disregard for drivers. Then drivers park in the way of backing. They told me they don't want to hear me complain and to go talk to the manager. Never dealt with such treatment.

Appt time: 1400 Arrived: 1230 Departed: 1500 Overall, decent experience. Customer is driver friendly and staff was professional/ friendly. Huge yard for staging/ docking. Make sure you take your drivers license and have your truck and trailer license plate # you will need for check in Make sure your trailer is clean and/ the customer will let you sweep out on property but (clean up so we can continue getting this privilege here) Overnight parking available Vending machines in office Unisex bathroom

Appointment was at 4 PM. I arrived early around 1 PM and was told to come back at 2:30. Came back at 2:30, gave them my phone number, and was asked to wait in the truck. I waited… 4 PM passed, no call. By 5 PM I had to go back to the office myself to ask what was going on. Only after that they finally gave me a door. Loading didn’t even start right away — it took another 30 minutes, and the whole process took about an hour after that. Ended up leaving closer to 6:30 PM. Staff are friendly, but the organization is confusing and communication is poor. The only reason things moved was because I went back and pushed for it. On the positive side, there is plenty of space for maneuvering, easy access, and a staging area available. There is also a restroom in the office, and it seems like overnight parking might be possible. Overall, be prepared to wait even if you have an appointment.

I like this place to pick up the load. There are lots of parking spots and overnight parking is available. The restroom right side of check-in office is clean. The office staff is very kind and nice. She gave me the door# with smile. I checked in at 9:15am for 12:00pm appointment. And loading was done at 11:00am including paperwork. Thanks for fast loading. I want to come here again for pickup.
